Here we are beginning another year.

We enjoyed a wonderful holiday season with family.   We took our clan on the Disney cruise and then to Disney World.  Our grandchildren were the perfect age to be amazed by the magic of Disney.  It was delightful watching them take in the spectacle.  We had so much fun.  Wow.  (but it was so busy…what can one expect over a holiday…prime time for Disney)

I hope you enjoyed your Christmas and New Year’s celebrations too.

I’m truly grateful that the world did not blow up with the end of the Mayan calendar in December.  That is a good thing.

There are many things I want to accomplish in 2013, most involving my health, wellness, spirtuality and of course, enjoying, loving and cherishing my family, friends and puppies.

I did not make any New Year’s resolution…so to speak.  I just have many things I would like to add to my life in a bigger way.  Such as being more grateful for things big and small and expressing my gratitude more often.

I plan to spend more time honing in on a good and regular meditation practice.

I want to nuture my spirituality more.

I would like to spend more time in nature on a daily basis.

I want to strengthen my weakened legs with regular exercise.

I want to stay on my feet and not let MS steel my mobility from me.

I want to spend more time with my Mom and Paul’s and my families.

These goals are all attainable.  If it’s going to be…it’s up to me.

I hope that you have set a few goals for yourself for 2013.
